In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; ONAYLIFT ASANSÖR INS. AUTO MAC. INDUSTRY AND TRADE. LTD. ŞTİ (“Company” or “Onaylift Elevator”) within the scope described below.
For What Purpose Are Personal Data Processed?
According to your request to disclose your collected personal data to us; Evaluating your messages, meeting your information requests, creating, processing and finalizing your complaint, providing after-sales services, meeting your information requests regarding our products and services, sending you notifications and updates regarding our products and services that you are interested in, and also taking necessary actions to make you benefit from the products and services offered by our Company. It will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698, for the purpose of being done by our business units.
Your personal data; If you give your explicit consent, planning and executing the marketing processes of the products and services, carrying out the profiling and analysis activities, recommending and promoting the products and services offered to you by customizing them according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, advertisements, promotions, etc. It may be processed for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages and sharing them with third parties from whom we receive services for delivery.
To Whom The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred For What Purpose?
Your collected personal data; In line with the realization of the above-mentioned purposes, it may be transferred to our dealers, business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698.
What is the Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection?
Your personal data, performance of the contract; has been made public by the person concerned; establishment, exercise and protection of rights; and the performance of our Company’s legal obligations is achieved based on legal reasons. In case of your explicit consent, it can be processed for the purposes described above.
Rights of Personal Data Owners Enumerated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data owners, you can submit your requests regarding your rights to ONAYLIFT ASANSÖR İNŞ. AUTO MAC. INDUSTRY AND TRADE. LTD. STI. If you forward it to Onaylift Elevator using the methods set out in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, Onaylift Elevator will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, Onaylift Elevator will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
